We had Foreman Lumber and Construction build Tom's mother a home at Wagners Lake in 2009. So after our house fire in 2010, Foreman's were the first ones we called. They really came through for us through the demolition and the rebuilding of our house. It was a long process, almost like building a new house, and harder to do as in old houses not everything is square.

Even though they had other projects going on they always made us feel like we came first with them. They were able to put our vision into reality and more and now we don't ever want to move away from our "home".

Choosing to build a new home was one of the biggest decisions that either of us had ever made. We looked around at a few builders and from the beginning felt comfortable with Foreman Construction. Their professionalism and quality was above our expectations and their staff was always friendly, courteous and willing to help with any questions or concerns we may have had.

They were always aware of the budget and kept us informed throughout the entire process of where we were "sitting". We feel truly grateful to have such dedicated professionals building our home.

What a great experience with Foreman Lumber and Construction.  This was our second house we've built, and Foreman's made this home, a truly custom built home. Working with Ben and Craig was very relaxed, with no pressure. They are there to help you make the sometimes difficult decisions that make a house your home.

The interior details and the quality of their finish work is first rate. From the different crews that Ben and Craig have to their subcontractors, everyone was easy to work with and were interested in your satisfaction with the end product. Comparing this home to other homes we've owned, the quality and build of this home continues to impress me. We are often surprised by how energy efficient the home is, as our utility bills remain low.

My wife and I contemplated back and forth on whether we should build a new house or not. We visited with a few different builders in the Columbus area. After visiting with Foreman Construction our decision on a builder was decided. From day one they had a welcoming, friendly approach about them. They offered their professional thoughts and expertise on different ideas and designs as well as taking in our own design and style that we wanted in our house. After we decided on a house design they took us to some newer locations in Columbus and helped us with deciding our location. Quality is something my wife and I were big on.
